  1. All services must be conducted by someone qualified. Someone accredited by a recognised body and who has spent years honing their craft. 
  2. All appointments should begin with someone listening to, consulting and building rapport with you. 
  3. There should be an exchange... Defining terms like “Trim” or shades like “ASH” are all important to get to the planned end-result.  
  4. The Salon Professional has a responsibility to only start the service after everything is clearly defined and agreed.
  5. The end-result must match with the desired outcome. 
  6. The entire journey must be enjoyable, relaxing, confidence building, educational and leaving you feeling pampered.
