Refund policy

Cancellation 

We understand that you may change your mind about your purchase. You have the right to cancel within 14 days of placing your order if you simply change your mind. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a cancellation or refund.

To be eligible for cancellation, your must first send us your cancellation & refund request via email to help@salon-invitation.com or by filling out a Contact Us form.

If your email was received within 14 days from the purchase date and you haven't redeemed any visits at the salon, you will be eligible to cancel your purchase and receive a refund. If you are eligible for a refund/cancellation you will be asked to return your Salon Invitation to Salon Invitation Limited, Las Partnership The Rivendell Centre, White Horse Lane, Maldon, CM9 5QP, United Kingdom. 

Refunds 

We are not obliged to provide you with a refund until we receive the product(s) back from you or we receive evidence (such as proof of postage) from you that you have sent the item(s) back to us. We strongly recommend that you send the products using a secure or trackable method - e.g. Recorded/Special Delivery - and that you retain your proof of postage.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We aim to process your refund within 14 days of your item(s) being received by us.

An administration fee of £20 is applied to replace a lost/stolen Salon Invitation & to process refund/cancellation requests.


Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at help@salon-invitation.com.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Salon Invitation Limited, Las Partnership The Rivendell Centre, White Horse Lane, Maldon, CM9 5QP, United Kingdom

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend that you send the products using a secure or trackable method - e.g. Recorded/Special Delivery - and that you retain your proof of postage.
