  • How long do I have to use my Salon Invitation?
    You receive 4 months from the date of purchase to redeem all your visits. 
  • How do I book my appointments?
    Once you purchase a Salon Invitation, you will receive an email with a link to the salon's booking app. You can of course also call the salon direct to book. You'll need to quote your Salon Invitation number which is also provided upon purchase.
  • Can I Get My Money Back?
    Your 14 day money back guarantee will be extended to cover the period the salon is closed. This means, we will guarantee your refund up to 14 days after the salon has re-opened.
  • Will I be booked in with Junior or a Trainee?
    The salon will only book you in with a fully qualified stylist; A team member they trust will deliver an immaculate salon experience. Their aim is to keep you returning as a regular client and spreading positive word-of-mouth to your friends & family.  
  • Can I get a Balayage during the Colour Visit?
    Of course you can! You can extend your Colour Visit to include it through the add-on's service menu. You'll only pay a small supplement to allow for the extra time needed. There is absolutely no obligation to add anything extra but when you do, you'll be saving even more.
  • Do I get all visits displayed for the price on the website?
    Yes, That's right! You get everything listed in each visit for that one low price.
  • How can it be so cheap?
    It's the salon's way of introducing their services to you. As savvy salon owners, they recognise the service they deliver is supieriour to that of their competitors. Over the course of your multiple visits, you'll experience this firsthand. Their aim to gain your trust and your loyalty as a client over time. It's that simple.
  • Can I do two visits at once?
    If, for example, you need a haircut during your Colour Visit. You can add a haircut through the add-ons service menu when attending your Colour Visit. As with the balayage example above, you would pay a small supplement for the add-on and still have access to your Haircut Visit when you next need it cut. It's important your visits are done separately as the Salon Invitation is designed for those looking for a salon they can trust long-term; not for those wanting to jump from salon to salon in search of the cheapest deal.     
  • Can I still buy a Salon Invitation if I've been to the salon before?
    The Salon Invitations are designed to allow new clients to discover the salon. We would consider anyone who's not attended in the salon past 18 months as a "new client". If you have been in the past 1 months, we ask that you simply ask what your "Regular Client Incentive" is next time you book. The salon have tailored personalised incentives based on your service history, to say "Thank You" for being a loyal customer.
